Is your food Halal-certified?

We are not Halal-certified. However, we use absolutely no pork and no lard in any of our products — this is a firm commitment across every outlet and every menu item.

Do you use any pork or lard?

No. We have a strict no-pork, no-lard policy across our entire menu and every outlet island-wide. This has been our commitment since we opened in 2009.

How do I order online?

You can place an order for pickup or delivery at go.momos.com/ilovetaimei. Select your nearest outlet, choose your items, and pay securely online.

How many outlets do you have?

We currently operate 14 outlets across Singapore, including Waterway Point, Sun Plaza, SingPost Centre, Northpoint City, Junction 8, Lot One, Sengkang Grand Mall, Woodleigh Mall, Hillion Mall, NEX, Clementi Mall, Bugis Junction, West Mall, and Tampines 1.

Does the menu vary between outlets?

The core menu — our bubble teas, milk teas, and crispy chicken — is consistent across all outlets. Promotional or seasonal items may vary by location.

How do I join the Members Club?
